How to run program to shutdown pc

I have purchased a laptop this week. I use to lot of application on this laptop. Actually my friend had suggested me for this laptop. This is a acer company’s laptop. I like this laptop. But I have a problem. I tried to run a set of program on this machine when I run the program then it shut shown. I saw on the Google for windows XP. I tried on the windows 7 but it is same for this. I tried to solve in shortcut manner. My friend told me. But I don’t know how to set the shut down. Anyone have any guesses?

The reason is making a patch that would stop the NumLock at shutdown because the led maintains lighting after power supply stop. But now I got a odd thing: if I manually turn off NumLock and push Shutdown, after logging off the led lights once more. It appears that still if I get a method to turn on if it off in my session, it will be no utilize, so I have to get the cause of this lighting. I have understood proposals about a BIOS choice of keyboard power-on, but it is already turned off, so I assume the cause is in some Windows setting. It is type of off-topic but this is the real issue.

As I know about this problem it is same as like WindowsStar, Windows 7 Home Premium.i want to know dear do you mean forever shutting down with this batch file? I have already thought about changing shutdown.exe with my own laptop, which will first do all that I need and then run the original .exe, but it is the final thing I will attempt if the whole thing else fails. But I think about this problem you will contact with Microsoft support executive. Because I tried this on all operating systems.

I have no thought if completely changing the shutdown.exe would be the correct answer for you, because I do not familiar with what principle that you need to serve, but according your post, it appears apparent that you need to maintain an option. If that be the case, the batch file could now be an individual choice. Either it or the usual means of shutdown could be available. But I want to suggest you that you will at least once. I this problem will arise due to batch file.

According to me I think the only way this may even be probable is with a .bat file or editing the shut down .exe file, I know there are programs for windows that permit this kind of perform. Of which I am still looking for, I keep in mind one I had awhile reverse. And If I run across it on the 1000 cds I have as backup. Because anytime system can be cross. So I want to suggest you for that until you didn’t get the solution. But I hope if you will edit the .exe file then may be problem will solve.

I read your problem. I am getting your problem. I know the solution of this problem. First of you will into the start menu. Then after you will go into the programs. Then after you will shut down the system using the gpedit.msc. After that you will into the task scheduler. Then there you will set the some setting according your problem. After that you will restart the system. Then you will run the programs. I am sure the programs will not be shut down.
