    Performance of kswapd0 in Linux

Hello friend, currently I am work on the Linux operating system which is one of the type of the UNIX operating system. Recently I found some crisis in this Linux. The CPU time of the system is goes t othe top and then immediately goes back down. I think this is to be happens because the kswapd0 is present in this Linux. What would be your thinking? Please mention here. It helps to avoid such kind of troubles. Any help will be appreciates.

Hi, the Linux uses kswapd0 for the purpose of the handling the virtual memory of the system. In Linux this is helpful for the necessary pages are kept in virtual memory. This will be helpful in the future for fast loading the software or applications on the system. This is one of the processes of the Linux and it is used for the virtual memory management. Linux manage the important memory in units called pages and this is stored into the virtual memory. The kswapd0 process helps to handle that.

There are also other benefits of this process. This is very helpful for the regularly decreases the ages of unreferenced pages. These pages are to be present in the virtual memory. The kswapd0 process is useful for the virtual memory management but this process eat a lot of processor. This means the system is to be just requiring extra effort to execute this process. Hence always the user needs to execute this process first. Then the remaining process is to be executed.

This is the most high priority based process of the Linux. This is to be used for the Linux operating system virtual memory management. Then you need to just use this process whenever you want to use the virtual memory. Then use this process and it is very helpful for the improving the performance of the system. Then use this process when you re3quire to maintain the virtual memory. This the best way to maintain the virtual memory.

For solving this kind of high load process trouble suddenly system need some extra amount of memory. Then the RAM will help to solve this trouble. We need to increase the capacity of the RAM. If it is 1GB then there is necessary to increase it into the 2GB. Then CPU utilization speed is to be increased and the system gives the good performance. I suggest you if the same kind of trouble occurred in your system then you need to add extra RAM onto the system.
