What some comparision info between RedHat vs CentOS

Hi, my question is this is a server at the company I work for HP ProLiant ML350 G5, now has Windows Server 2003 R2, OS now want to change more specifically to a Linux distro. In the official website of HP have drivers for RHEL 5x, my question is since CENTOS is a clone of RHEL, will those same drivers I used to when installing the CENTOS.
