Autocad 2011 (64bit) keeps on crashing after installation on windows 7 (64 bit)

Please help me.. i just bought a new computer (i5 intel processor) which runs on a windows 7 (64 bit) os. after installing autocad 2011 (64 bit), i started to run the program but it kept on crashing.. (please see attached file).

i'm desperate.

Am not much expert with Autocad, but as you said its starts crashing after installing windows 7. That refers that there might be some compatibility issues. Make sure it compatible with the same and these requirements:

Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise, Ultimate, Professional, or Home Premium
Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon dual-core processor, 3.0 GHz or higher with SSE2 technology
2 GB RAM
2 GB free disk space for installation
1,024 x 768 display resolution with true color
Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or later

If it meets all these than better give a try and reinstall it again.
