    Windows Shell Common DLL

I am receiving Windows Shell Common DLL crashes while accessing as well as modifying properties within the Sound Panel. I newly attached my SPDIF out to the receiver and I am also having problem getting my headphones to function over again. It's mortified in my consistency Monitor and I have the "Critical Event" "Windows Shell Common Dll" "blocked Working" and it has condensed my dependability score as of 10 to around 2. When I "test for a solution” then it says there are not any accessible. Please tell me that what the problem with that is.

This is seems to be the problem with the driver which is installed in your computer. It might be corrupted or not functioning properly and that is the main cause of the problem. So you will have to check for the driver and if that is outdated then update that to the latest version which is available on internet. I am saying this to you because I have seen many of the cases like this where updating the drivers solves the issues like this and I wish that it will do the same for you.

There are a lot of vendors who are still having the 'beta' edition of drivers designed for windows 7, particularly for x64 versions. If you want then you can try a previous driver version otherwise even one designed for windows vista x64. They are supposed to work. Sorry to say that there are a few issues which will not be determined simply, as Microsoft changed the driver model as of vista. lots of sound card problems taken place for the reason of this. You try to disable any 'enhanced audio' effects within the control panel intended for the sound card and put it up like a easy stereo pair of speakers, even for the headphones. Check if that helps you.

I have the similar difficulty on my laptop. I establish that it is a difficulty by means of changing enhancements as well as the EQ of the sound/music. I was playing my preferred music and required a dissimilar EQ, so I go to Control Panel and into (I encompass Realtek driver) driver panel intended for sound and messed around through EQ. It worked for a moment until the laptop ran beyond battery and shuts automatically. When I returned home to charge it Then I found that sound didn't work. I attempted by loading speaker driver as of Windows and it said similar that, "Windows Shell Common DLL has stopped working". I resolved this issue by disabling every the effects as well as enhancements to driver. I wish that this will be helpful.

If you open these files then this can permit knowledgeable users to potentially troubleshoot problem inside the OS but must not be attempted through those with no experience, because it is simple to make a error and harm these files. Shells are windows DLL library files, these files are specifically used by the operating system. You can not open these files friend! In other words, more or less damaged will not recover files if you just turn to such files. U all we can do is to use data recovery software as EASEUS'm pretty sure you can recover your files if the size of these shows out there. Good luck.
