BOOTMGR is missing in Windows Server 2008 R2

I have attempted placing the dvd in as well as after that running the recovery console through the command prompt. I merely have the alternatives for "system Image Recovery", "Windows Memory Diagnostic" as well as Command Prompt. I ran Bootrec /RebuildBcd, Bootrec /FixMbr as well as Bootrec /FixBoot. None of it efforts as well as I still find the error. How do I solve this? As well as how do I find it to automatically make restore points?

I copied the VHD file from one server to another, which also have run with W2008R2 Server STD. On the server create the machine without problems, all starts. But in the new server to start the machine tells me "bootmgr missing press ctrl alt delete" How I can fix this?
