After the installation of the windows 7 s-video tv no longer works

Earlier when I was having the windows xp as my operating system I used to clone my video card which was one from the nvidia. With that I was able to watch all my favorite videos in the tv with the help of my computer. Now no longer I will be able to see it. The reason is because of the up gradation to the new windows 7 operating system. after the up gradation of the windows 7 operating system I am not able to use my tv to watch any of my favorite videos in it. so can you suggest me some steps by which I would be able to watch any video. The problem you are facing here is because of the disabling of the multiple display menu. So you will have to enable it.
