I advise that you execute a Startup Repair. For that you have to place in the Windows Vista DVD in addition to reboot the PC. After that at what time we are encouraged to click a button to boot from the DVD, you have to click Enter or the space bar. Then pick your language settings, as well as after that press next. Press Repair your PC. Then choose the operating system you would like to repair, as well as after that press next. On the System Recovery alternatives menu, press Startup Repair. Startup Repair could prompt you to build option as it attempt to solve the issue, as well as if essential, it might start your PC as it makes repairs.

You be able to as well attempt "Rebuild BCD". You have to place the Windows Vista installation CD in the disc drive, as well as after that start the PC. Then click a button while the message representing "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD …" come into views. Choose a language, a time, a currency, as well as a keyboard or another input process, as well as after that press Next. Press Repair your PC. (Press the operating system that you feel like to repair), as well as then press Next. In the System Recovery alternative dialog field, press Command Prompt. Then Type bcdboot c:\windows /l en-us, as well as after that select ENTER.

Re: Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit "bootmgr is missing Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart"

The ERROR "BOOTMGR is Missing, Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to Restart." Pops up while the Boot manager files are missing or damaged. The operating system requires the Boot Manager files to start. If the files are missing it come out this kind of error. So I believe that repairing will certainly resolve your problem. You are able to recover the Operating System through placing in the Operating System CD into CD-Drive. Once you repair your Operating System, the issue will be solved.
