Windows cannot find C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\dwm.exe

I am running a Windows XP SP3 on my machine. Getting these two error messages at startup. Click on the first, then get a second. Click through a second launch windows still loads, and the system is functional. I've been doing some research, it seems quite common to have problems dwm.exe, so not sure how concerned i should be. I guess this is caused by some kind some of the virus / worm / trojan. Ran virus scan: Panda Antivirus Pro 2010 3 infections found but the issue remains unsolved. The next step?

Autoruns (see below) is the issue, no matter where it is. If you just locate and disable the item in msconfig, disabling the item, but does not eliminate the reference to the element of false start your computer.
