Access Denied when accessing some websites using Windows 7 Starter OS

HI, can you help me guys?
This is not a problem before,, but right after i scanned my laptop.. everytime i tried to go to a certain website, it seems like is not allowing me to access those websites which i can access before..

help me guys,, even google.com.. i cant access now..
and even isohunt.com where i am downloading movies.. so bad..

and also,, uninstall and removed java,,
but when i tried to install it again,, its says "DLL missing"

pls help..
