    Login screen issues... :(

Hey guys, I'm new to this site and didn't really know where to post this thread. Anyway, I'm sure some of you have heard of the dreaded 'black login screen with a cursor' Well, I have the same problem, except there is no cursor. Additionally, I can boot it up in Safe Mode just fine. My computer is an APCI-x86 PC. And this is really starting to bug me. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

(Also, System Restore is a no-go... This problem started happening a few minutes before I left for a 2 week vacation, and my system restore only went back to the day it started. I tried it already)

Incase if your computer system out of the blue decides to show nothing but a black screen after starting then you can try to unplug all USB devices ( especially those of external drives or card readers) and try to restart. I believe this has something to do with the bios boot order and boot from USB or internal CD drive is the first boot device.
