Want to use Hamachi on Vista

I am having windows XP installed on my system. I am using hamachi on my Windows XP. I use it for the gaming purpose. It was working fine on the Windows XP system. Now i have changed my system from XP to vista. I am facing the problem, that the games on the PC are not being detected. I am only able to host them. The Hamachi version is 1.0.2.0. Please suggest some solution.

I to have faced the same problem on my system when i was sing the hamachi. One of my friend advised, that i should not use the hamachi and it is a scrap. Instead of using the hamachi you can go for the LAN game. In short my advice to you is that do not make use of the hamachi. Till now you must have understand that, what i am trying to tell you.

I have thought about this problem and i feel that you are facing this problem because you are having vista installed on your system. There is problem that, it does not send udp broadcasts correctly, when hamachi and vista are used together. So you have two option either use hamachi or you go with the vista. From this two you have to make the choice.

I think i have a fix for this problem-
    1. -Go to the control panel
    2. -Then go to network connections
    3. -Go to advance setting
    4. -Make the hamachi with highest priority
    5. -Try to run the services.msc
    6. -Enable the routing and remote access services

Try this out, it will fix your issue.
