    sad outlook 2003

My outlook opens with my inbox, but lately it opens with Action Canceled for my inbox. I can open another file , then go back to inbox and everything is ok, but still very slow. any ideas?

There are several reasons for Outlook slowness. First disable the Instant Messenger on Outlook. Go to Tools - Options - Other tab. Also make sure it is not related to network connectivity problem. Moreover, sometimes it happens when Outlook is unable to find the attachments. So make sure the check box for the dialog to always ask whether to open/save the attachments or disable mapped drives is untick.

Thanks MV. I did run Scan pst and I compacted files and unchecked outlook messenger, but it still will not open with inbox, says "action cancelled", which then I open my outbox, wait for a minute, then go back and open my inbox and its ok. And it also clocks when I switch from outbox to inbox or any other folder.

    Hi !

You can use Kernel for outlook repair software to repair any type of outlook issues. Few months ago, i have used it. It works very good with my all outlook related issues.
    Thanks
