How do I create XP recovery on flash drive for an HP mini

I have an HP Mini 110 and I want to create a recovery flash drive using whatever is on the hard drive now. I've read all kind of different articles and posts on this but can't find one which tells me how to use what's on the computer to do this. There is a recovery partition on the hard drive and the OS is XP SP3.

Thanks Einstein. I think I've figured it out. The HP site tells me too download Roxio which is already installed. What's installed now doesn't give the option of making a recovery USB drive. But when I download and start to install the same software it does give me the option. A little confusing.

You can also purchase a replacement recovery disc online for your hp mini laptop. Incase if your recovery disc is corrupted or you do not have one then HP allows you to purchase a replacement set of recovery discs at minimal cost (all you pay for is the cost of the media, shipping, and handling).
