Are you into lots of gaming or photo editing? What else is your requirement? Apart from that what is your budget? Besides that for your current selection I would Core i7 920 processor. For others, I need answers to my question.

I am not into gaming and photo editing. I run quite some memory and processor intensive programs.

What memory and processor intensive programs do you run? Basically for dual monitors you will need some good graphics card that can support all your hardware requirements, but without knowing your budget, an assumption must be a failure. Are you going to make a workstation, because there are few already available from the dell or the hp? Any basic X58 based motherboard will do so my short list of quality vendors would include ASUS, Gigabyte, and EVGA. And also you can get 12gb of ram in a 3 x 4gb kit that will leave room for expansion if you might ever want to go to 24gb. For hard drive, you can get a solid state drive which is the best performing device you can get now a days.

These programs are mostly custom programs (coded in delphi and python).
Sorry forgot to mention my budget. I can spend upto 75k.

I am not going with dell and HP because I have to pay for OS and they offer only one year warranty. (Additional warranty costs more) When I buy individually the warranty is more. (Correct me if I am wrong here) If You can show me some links to dell and HP workstations I would appreciate it.

I am going with 12GB or 8gb ram (If I go with 8gb can I upgrade to 24gb in future)

I am going to get a SSD plus hard drive.

You can opt for either Dell Precision Workstations or Dell Precision Mobile Workstations or the Dell Precision Rack Workstations, more information about those can be found here. Then there is hp workstation from Affordable Workstation Power to Extreme Workstation Power, read more about it here, but in that budget I dont think you can buy all this rack mounts.
