Try the below: (For Windows 7)
Create a shortcut with the following Target:
%windir%\system32\msra.exe /offerra
Now Try this with the shortcut:
Shift + Right Click Shortcut
Select RunAs a Different User
DFI LANPARTY SLI-DR
AMD 64 x2 4800+
OCZ (2 x 512) DDR600
Hi,
Thanks for your advice.
The problem is on the server side. UserA can start Remote Desktop on Win 7 and connect the server. But userA is not allowed to login its account there. I think it is the permission question. I'm now clicking around on the server desktop to find out where the lock can be located. Any hint? TIA

Hi newtech,
I found the solution. Performed following steps on Window Server 2008 R2
1)
to enable user using Remote Desktop
Start -> right click "Remote Desktop Connection" -> Properties -> Security -> Edit -> high light "userA"
under "Permission for "userA
(check) Full control
-> OK - OK
2)
Start -> right click "computer" -> properties -> Change settings -> Remote -> Select Users -> Add -> Advanced -> Find Now -> select "userA (computer name)" -> OK
displaying : computer name\userA
-> OK -> OK -> OK
That are all.
No technique at all. What you need is time to find out the right drawers with mouse, putting in/taking out something from there.
