C:/windows/system32.svchost.exe error?

I am worried that my computer is running so slowly and my CPU usage seems to always be at 100%. i downloaded and new anti-virus programme mcafee and everytime i try to run a full scan when it comes across the file C:/windows/system32.svchost.exe there is an error and cannot procede.

I cannot seem to skip that file either to scan the rest of the computer.

Any suggestions?
