Secure Login For Win Xp

Dear Experts,

I want to create very secure login in window xp.
this user cant run following things on that computer.
internet explorer, network sharing, some 3rd parties softwares, no permission of files delete, no permission of desktop any setting changing,block usb etc,

kindly give me procedure or give me any software for above said activity protection.

Kindly note, I want to apply this protections on only said login not other user or computer administrator.

If you want to enable Secure Logon in Windows XP the do the following given below:

1. Go to Start menu-> Control Panel (Classic View) -> User Accounts
2. In the Advanced User account window, click the Advanced tab.
3. Select the Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete check box.

You have to press Ctrl+Alt+Del on your keyboard to unlock your computer before you can logon to Windows.

Unfortunately Its not possible to disable IE and those permission are really impossible

You have to try to find some external program for this request... Windows XP has not these options. If you want these options in base windows, you have to install Windows server 2003/2008...

You can only do those settings by limiting user permission on the user accounts. In the Start menu, type Network Center, and click Network and Sharing Center. Then click Change settings of the map (on the left side of the window). Right click on your connection-> Properties. From here you can limited the user account permission. The other thing which I will recommend you to use is to search for a User Account Manager tool which can give you some help.

I guess then you will need multiple programs for the desired things that you need to block, however, I have come up with a solution, first create a limited account, then download Program Lock Pro software and install it and block anything that you need, google to download it.
