how to create virtual hard disk in xp?

hi guys! i want to know that -Is it possible to create a virtual hard disk in Windows XP SP3.
I've 80GB hard disk in my pc. but to resolve the problem of low space i want to create a virtual hard disk.
please guide me thoroughly

you have to share one folder... then you should open "this computer" --> tools --> map network drive

configure name of drive and then click "browse" to find your shared folder...
