Installing Exchange 2003 over a two node cluster

    Hi all,

I would like to know if anyone has installed Exchange 2003 over a Virtual Server 2005 on a two node cluster.

I was successfull in building a two node cluster but looking for a tutorial to install exchange 2003 over the two node cluster and test failover & failback.

Below is the link to set up a two node cluster using Virtual Server 2005

    http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pro...y/cvs2005.mspx

Anyone knows of a link to install Exchange 2003 over this cluster then please do let me know.

Re: Installing Exchange 2003 over a two node cluster

For a two-node cluster, the recommended number of static addresses is five plus the number of Exchange Virtual Servers. For a four-node cluster, the recommended number is nine plus the number of Exchange Virtual Servers. For more information about IP addresses, see the section "IP Addresses and Network Names" in the guide Planning an Exchange Server 2003 Messaging System.
