From your information it seems that your Windows 7 is get corrupted or get damaged and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case you have to re-install your Windows 7 to get rid out of this problem. Make sure that you are using original or good quality of Windows 7 for installation.

Alright, can you please try to go into c:\windows\minidump, zip the dump file (*.dmp) and using the attahment icon in the reply (shaped like a paperclip) upload it to us. Also, this problem of explorers crashing usually occurs due to firefox 3.5. I have had this problem since vista x64 ultimate, that ntll.dll file is usually the crashing party. Uninstall firefox 3.5 if you have it and you should be good.

There is no dump file in minidump.
    I'm using Firefox 5.0.
I just want to know why Calvin K's procedure works.

Can you tell me whether you are getting the same problem that is discussed in this topic related to EXPLORER.EXE and MMC.EXE crashing in Windows 7 or not? Since when you started receiving this errors? Do you remember making any changes on your computer prior to the issue? You can try to use the solution provided by "Calvin" and check whether it works for you or not.
