Failure to create VPN network connection in Windows 7

Hello Guys,

I have installed windows 7 operating system in my computer system. But I am getting troubled while creating VPN connection. Whenever I try to create VPN connection,, I immediately get an error message with error code 'error 711'. I ma not able to solve this error. If you know any way to solve this error of VPN connection in Windows 7, then please let me know that. I am waiting for your reply.

When you try to create a new network connection(VPN), you may receive Error 711: Cannot load Remote Access Service Connection Manager. The Routing and Remote Access service terminated with service-specific error 711 (0x2C7) Incoming Connections depend on the Routing and Remote Access service which was unable to start.

According to me there may have problem in your in windows 7 OS. ans because of this you are getting 'Error 711' while VPN connection. The VPN is designed to provide some essential elements in the transmission of data. A VPN is based on a protocol, called tunneling protocol, that is to say a protocol that allows data from one extreme to the other VPN to be secured by algorithms of cryptography.

Please following steps to sort out VPN network connection error:

1. First you need to right-click over My Computer, and click over Manage option.
2. After this you need to select 'Services' from the 'Services and Applications.
3. Then click over properties of the 'Telephony'.
4. Then you will need to click over 'General tab' and then select 'Startup type'.
5. Then click over Service status from the 'General tab' and then click over OK.
6. You need to repeat steps from 2-5 for Auto Connection Manager service.

Thanks friends for all your instant help!!. Because of your suggestions I am able to solve the 'Error 711' which is related to the VPN network connection. Now I have successfully created the VPN network connection, but without any error. All your suggestion was very useful while solving this VPN network connection error. Thanks again for your help.
