Windows 7 black screen issues on Samsung nc10 netbook

Hello. I have a Samsung nc10 netbook and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. The problem is that I have installed a software and it needed a restart in order to function well. So I restarted the system. But then I saw that Windows Xp loading bar and then it asked me for password in order to enter the account. Then as I proceeded further it showed me a black screen. Please help me out. Thank you.
