O2Face Gold 3.2.0.1 application freezes under Windows 7

Hello. I have desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have installed an application that is O2Face Gold 3.2.0.1 to the system. It is actually a face recognition software. The problem is that the application is not able to function or work as it freezes when been executed. So please help me out in order to sort the issue.
