    help with IE ole32.dll APPCRASH

I keep getting a pop up saying IE has to close and get this with it I have run the CMD scannow thing and it comes up with "windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. "
"Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log"

What does all this mean and how can I fix it. Pretty computer illiterate on this kind of stuff. running vista
