Hello, I think it is necessary to make use of the windows xp operating system cd in your drive and then you can simply repair your operating system to solve the problem. If you repair your system then it will simply solve your problem and you would not get the problem of the error message regarding the vmsvcrt.dll file at the startup. So, you just need to repair your system and it will solve your problem.
