Is it happens with all accounts? or only with your account? create another admin account and see if the problem exist or not. Check for malware with a number of scanners reputable "AutoComplete" should not be present as a task, it is a subsystem DLLs. For IE Explorer Mozilla tasks so fake with almost the same names as system tasks or tasks expected is a trademark of malware tries to hide.

Most probably this is becuase of Internet Explorer.

Try Tools, Internet Options, Content, Autocomplete and click Clear Forms and Clear Passwords. First make sure you really don't need those passwords otherwise upgrading your IE will be the possible next solution.
