Issues of Alchemy Eye in Windows 7

Hello everyone, I am using Windows 7 Ultimate with 2 GB RAM and Core2Duo processor. I am having incompatibility issues of Alchemy Eye in Windows 7. Alchemy Eye is a system management tool that continuously monitors server availability and performance. What should I do in this situation? Does Alchemy Eye support Windows 7 or not? Kindly provide some help with suitable replies and suggestions as soon as possible.
