The problem could have been due to the update that is been installed by Windows automatically. You may have an internet connection due to which the Windows installs the updates and this might have caused some issue resulting the trusted installer to malfunction. You need to fix up the bug that is the update that is been installed. So do check for the thing. This will help you out.

You can make the changes by following the steps as follows:

Go to the control panel from the start menu.
Then open up the administrative tools.
Now check out for the services.
Scroll to the list of updates that is been installed.
Now choose the process to stop.
Right click on the Windows update and then open up the properties option.
Select the General tab and choose Startup type as Manual.
Now go to the recovery tab and then choose to take no action.
Now back to the desktop and hit ctrl+alt+del and end the trusted installer process.

Trusted installer is basically a program that helps in making the process to work out for your system in order to stabilize the issue that may occur while processing. It is so friendly that it may seem like a virus but actually it manages and makes the program to run accordingly if the system is been under a huge process and terminates the application that is of no use. So check out for the same. You run a scan check wizard.

As the application is related and embedded to the operating system it may be that some minor bug issue have got appended to the same. It can be fixed buy troubleshooting the same. You need to use the utility disc that is the Windows 7 operating system disc and run the installation process. After it has been done you then need to click on repair system and thus it would remove the bug and will install the new fresh files for the same.
