Splashtop Browser problem

Just got a new comp and it has this new Splashtop Browser which I cant get to do anything I want. First of all it wont let me save any site icons to the desktop. Secondly it wont let me download some sites without saving them, but it wants to save them to external devices.WTF? Can anyone help?

What is your operating system? Windows or Linux ??? Try to reinstall, the Splashtop Browser correctly in C: drive as its final destination, unpacked itself and on the next reboot. Remember it only allows you to store bookmarks, utilize tab browsing, and use the Internet to its full capability.
