Verizon VZ manager not working under Windows 7

Hello. I have a desktop machine with Windows 7 installed as the operating system in it. the problem is with the Verizon Vz manager. It is not able to work properly. I am not able to get connected to the internet for browsing purpose. It is quite indeed very problematic for me that I am not able to use the internet. please help me. Thank you.
