Error dllhost.exe missing

Okay now my computer was working fine till yesterday and suddenly today when I started my computer in the morning I got this error message at the windows startup screen. It says some dll file missing. The file name is dllhost.exe, I just don't know what to do. Because everything was working fine till yesterday night and all of sudden this happened. Please help me. What do i do.

Okay now as you said that your computer was working fine before and you started getting this error message all of sudden. So that means there is some software which might be conflicting with the dll file, Or there is possibility that the dllhost file itself might have gone bad and corrupted. Can you tell me have you installed any new hardware or software in your computer. Because the only reason for this error is some issue with dllhost file and some newly installed hardware and software.

No I haven't made any changes to my computer. I haven't installed any hardware or software in my computer from past few weeks. What exactly is this dllhost file. What does it do. And as you said that it has gone bad or not working properly because of some other file then what is the solution for this. I have got to complete my project and its deadline is also coming near. Please help me to get out of this problem.

So as you said there was no change in your computer Hardware or Software, so that clearly means the dllhost file has been deleted by you or any other user manually or by some other older software. Now to solve this issue you have to repair your Windows or format it or search for dllhost file and paste it in appropriate location. Well I don't think pasting the dllhost file manually is goin to help. So you are left with only two options which is to repair your windows or format it. dllhost is a also know as a Microsoft DCOM dll HOST Process. And this dllhost file is executed by Windows when the computer is in boot stage. It is one of the important file as it keeps a track of all the other dll files which are executed in the background.
