Stop running exe files

Hi, I want to do something which will stop all exe files from running. Can it be possible. I want to do this just for making stop the whole computer if you want. If anyone has any idea, Welcomes you. Please give me if you have any.

Hi, I don't think that this would be possible. As if you delete all the exe files from your computer, then it is possible to stop that particular files from running. But, when you go to delete that particular files, it is possible that the file has been used by some applications, so they wont, delete. So, it will not possible to stop exe files from running. Let it go. I don't think that this would be possible. And if you able to do this, then to recover you must need to reinstall your computers operating system.

Hi, this is quiet simple thing to do. I have a idea to stop running the exe files. Start your command prompt. And in the path of C drive type assoc .exe=txtfile and press enter, so this will make your all exe files to the text files. So, all of your exe files wont work for you. That means you dont use any type of command or any type of setup. So, to recover your computer you now need to reload the operating system.

Hi, to stop running exe files from your computer you need to use the following command which will convert your all exe files to txt files. Hence you wont able to run exe files as they are now converted to txt files
In command prompt type following:
c:\>assoc .exe=txtfile

To recover this damage do following:

• Start
• Run
• Type command.com
• Type "assoc .exe=exefile"
• Press enter
