You can remove the hidden admin from your system easily. All you need to do is to reformat or completely delete the partitions of your hard disk drives and create a new one. Then after performing this tasks you can then install a new pack of Windows and this will allow to create a new account for the same. Yo can enable or disable the account under your concern how you want it.

Formatting the system should help you out i carrying the function that you need or want to be done. Follow the steps how to format your system.

    1) Insert the windows utility disc and then reboot your system.
    2) You should keep the first boot device as your cd rom drive in order to detect the windows disc first before the hard disk.
    3) You can set them by pressing delete key during boot and make the changes in advanced cmos setup.
    4) It will initialize the disc and then ask for the process to execute.
    5) Follow the instructions.

This way you can format the system and set a new windows which would enable you to remove the old hidden admin.
