Windows 7 screen lock after 30 seconds

Can I stop Windows 7 from locking the screen after just 30 seconds of inactivity? I have check setting in screen saver the password protected screen saver is disable,Does anyone know what causes this issue and how to fix it?Any help will be extremely appreciated.

It Specifies whether the screen saver is password-protected. When a screen saver is password-protected, the user must enter the correct password to end the screen saver.You want to make sure the value for ScreenSaverIsSecure is 0 (zero).Exit regedit; you’re done!
