What softwares are included in MAC

Hi,
Is anyone using a MAC operating system. I need a list of software's which comes with MAC. What the types of tools that are included in the operating system. Also post some suggestions about the operating system. Now Apple has released many new types of ultra portable systems. I am using this for a long time. Now I going to get a new one. So just want to ensure what new apple had added.

MacIntel, is the name given to the latest Mac running on Intel hardware platform. Previously, Macs running on PowerPC hardware platform (or PPC). The iMac desktop, MacBook Pro 15" laptops, etc are some of the examples. A MAC system has all tools needed.
