Remote Web Workplace continually asking for password

I have a customer who is using SBS 2003 and if they go to the Remot Web Workplace they are able to login just fine but every time they attempt to get a document or something it will want the password again. The funny thing is if you click cancel on the password box it will still open the document.

Any suggestions anyone?

Remote Web Workplace is the secure Web site entrance for local and remote access to the resources that are stored on the Windows EBS network. The Remote Web Workplace (RWW) is a dynamically updated web site that provides a single, simple, secure, and consolidated entry point for remote users to access SBS features. Make sure you add them to these groups. That might be your best next option. Pull the mail into a PST (if needed) delete the account, create a new one and put the mail back into the mailbox.
