Tweak the login button in Windows 7 on Dell Vostro 1320

I am using a brand new Dell Vostro 1320 Laptop. The configurations is: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor with 3 giga-bytes of DDR2 SDRAM and a 250 giga-bytes of hard-drive support. It includes a graphic card of Mobile Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500HD. I got Genuine Windows 7 Home Basic operating system on it. Someone told me that we can tweak the login button in Windows 7. How can I do it ?

I am also using Genuine Windows 7 Home Basic on my Sony Vaio Laptop. It is possible to change your laptops text shadowing for your Login screen. This is allowed by Microsoft itself. It is done by interacting with the Registry Key. Here is the registry key that will help you to Lighter Text shadows for your Windows 7.

The following steps will help you to tweak the login button of Windows7 with darker backgrounds with opaque buttons:
Go to the Start Menu search. In the search field type- regedit and click Enter. This will open the Registry Editor. This is where actually you will have to alter somethings. But be carefull when making any changes in Regitry Editor. Over here browse to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI. And then add a DWord that is named Buttonset. Set the value to 2 to have darker backgrounds with opaque buttons.

Recently I switched from Windows XP to Windows 7 for my HP Pavilion Desktop and I am blown away by the key features of Windows 7. I had changed my login screen of Windows 7 operating system to a lighter background that is more translucent with darker text shadows. Windows 7 is really a Top-Class operating system by Microsoft.
