Clipboard manager for Snow Leopard

I am often asked what utilities required to have on Mac. not knowing really But the move to Snow Leopard made me realize one thing if there is one type of utility that is a clipboard manager for me but not able to find good one so please any one can help me ?

As long as you do not copy / cut anything else, it is always the first piece of text you paste will go wherever you like.
