Alternatively, you can leave this blank to allow the user to set a password when they log first on.Creating a new name: Right-click Users, select New User and enter the name of user. Optionally, you may provide a full name, description, password. Click Create to create the account.

When you start creating new users of Windows 7 on your computer, you have to understand the difference between the two main types of account.
Administrators have full control over the system. They can install software and drivers, and they can create and edit new users and groups. In addition, they can reset passwords, set policies and modifying the registry. The operating system identifies the tasks that require administrator permissions with an icon of Windows Security.
Standard users are allowed to connect to the computer, run programs, to customize their accounts, and save files in their folders users. Users are limited to changes. To entire system to create a new account, open Control Panel and select User Accounts and safety, add or delete user accounts. Click Create a new account. Type the name of the new account, select administrators or users standard user type, then click Create Account. By default, Windows assigns a password, you can create one by clicking on the icon of the user and selecting Create a password. Alternatively, you can leave this blank to allow the user to set a password when connecting Windows onEvery first account is member of at least one group. Group membership defines the set of permissions to each account has. Most people use groups built into Windows (called type of account where you are in the Create User Wizard), but you are free to create and customize your own. Groups exist to make the administration of a computer easier by allowing the administrator the flexibility to apply permissions and policies for more than one account simultaneously.Adding a domain user to a local group: In the Control Panel, open User Accounts, then click Give other users access to this computer. From there, type the username of the person and the field (or click Browse to select from Active Directory), click Next to add to a group, then click Finish.

You must keep in mind that the most important changes can be made only using an administrator account. If your account is a standard user, you can only modify the password and the image of your account.Start the control panel, type user accounts in the upper right of search and then click on the first search of resultIn User Accounts control panel you can customize various aspects of your users and if you have administrative rights, you can manage user accounts for other security reasons well. For it is preferable not to use simple passwords like "123" or "password" as they can be easily guessed by others and may compromise the security of your system. Try tocreate more "complicated" passwords that have more than 3-4 characters and include numbers or alpha case such as "#", "@" or "&".
