Error code 0x800CCC12

Hello friends,

I am using Windows XP SP 3 as my operating system and everything seems to be working fine but today when i started my Internet for checking out email at that time i Error code 0x800CCC12 and i try to start my computer but still getting same error code. Can anyone tell me how to overcome from this issue.

Thanks for replying me i have check out each and everything which you have told me but still i am getting the same error code as you said i have also checked my RAM it's working fine, does anyone alternative solution for 0x800CCC12 because i have very important work on internet.
