    Services.msc view problem

    Hello,

Since last 2-3 days, my Internet connection is very slow and I can not access the service manager. It gives me this message:

    MMC can not open the file C: \ WINDOWS.0 \ system32 \ services.msc.

The file may not exist (I checked it exists) is not an MMC console or was created by a later version of MMC. This can also occur because you do not have sufficient access rights to this file.
    what is the problem ?

I had to disable something that should not be, since it is terribly slow to start and I can no longer restart the service deactivated. I can not get window Properties under Service" and I have access to the tab Extended, only the Standard tab Could someone help me?

You could disable the wireless network from Control Panel> Network Connections, then right click to disable. What program trying to connect? updates of windows? In principle, the services it never touches. Open the Start menu, type msconfig in run> in the services tab, check all lines.

The best thing to do is a complete reinstallation, clean full windows. If you want a lightweight, fast windows, you can have without going through distributions, often illegal, optimizing services (but not shoot anything, contrary to these distributions), and you have a fast windows and light but which missed anything vital,. These distributions derive ,this creates problems, and traditional solutions (and documented) does not necessarily work or may cause problems. In addition, such versions do not react well with the special tools used in disinfection
