How to delete Trojan horse

Running Vista and found a Trojan Horse I deleted with Avast. I am not sure if it created other problems. If you can provide any help and some analysis it would be greatly appreciated. Here is the hijack this logfile:

If you have system restore point on your computer then the virus can affect back to your pc. After scanning your computer do this. First right click on My Computer and select Properties. Then click on System Restore table. Now select turn off System restore. Give Yes > OK. Restart your computer in safe mode by hitting F8 continuously at the time of booting. Then run a full system scan again. After that boot in normal mode and turn on system restore.
