Try installing it in Safe Mode, if you do not know how to go to this safe mode, reboot your pc, and select "safe mode" by pressing the F8 Key

I have exactly the same problem as you, though I seek solutions on various forums, I now have no answers. but at one place i was sugessted this Go to start menu, right click on "My Computer" and click on properties. From there, go to your device manager and see that your VGA is properly installed, and if you are connected to the internet, you can right click it and hit "Update Driver" or such so, and it should fix the problem. It just seems like a driver issue.although this did not solve my problem , but you can try this
