Open Registry Editor by typing regedit in RUN command. After opening it find for the following :
On the right pane look for DisableTaskMgr & look what values are given:Code:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
1 – Disable task manager
0 – Enable task manager
Change the key according to you... & if you delete it the default setting will be done...!
To Enable or Disable the CTRL+ALT+DELETE Sequence
- Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click User Accounts.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- In the Secure logon section, select or clear the Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete check box.
Note If the Advanced tab is not available, click Start, click Run, type control userpasswords2, and then click OK.
