Seamonkey Asks For Default On Startup

O/S - Vista Premium Home Sp1 64 Bit - BROWSER - Seamonkey v 1.1.17

EVERYTIME I start up my browser it asks me to confirm it as the default

browser and EVERYTIME I select yes but nothing changes! I've also made sure it's selected as default in PREFERENCE setup!

All right you do one thing re install the application .and set the browser as default while installing...that is gonna work out for you.
