Upgrade Windows 98se to Windows Xp

I am running windows 98se on my dell desktop and now i want to upgrade my operating system. What are additional hardware requirement while upgrading from windows 98se to windows xp sp3.

While upgrading from windows 98se to windows xp sp3, make sure that you have a minimum of 1500 MB of free hard disk space if you install Windows XP SP3 from a shared folder on the network.
