Problem with services.exe

After Windows Update my system show error message :MSVCP60.dll not found. Every time when i open any application error message comes. I can't delete that file because that file MSVCP60.dll is used by services.exe. Windows search also not showing MSVCP60.dll. What has happened and what is the solution?Can anyone help!!!

If Windows is unable to run applications due to a .dll error, this .dll may be missing or you may have registry error like msvcp60 dll not found.can you even get into safe mode? Press F8 as soon as windows loading screen comes up. Check msvcp60 dll not found error comes when you longing in safe mode.
