Missing mscoree.dll ?

Hello,

I'm using Windows XP Sp3,

I saw this thread http://forums.techarena.in/tips-tweaks/1196548.htm and installed the SBar Taskbar application, but when i'm starting it giving me following error:

This application has failed to start because mscoree.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

What is mscoree.dll ?

How to resolve this issue?

This error occurs due to not installing the .net frame work, have a look at this thread: http://forums.techarena.in/windows-software/1123868.htm
