I need raid drivers for installing vista.

Hi,
I need raid drivers for installing vista.
I tried to install the Vista but got an message saying that I need to install some raid driver controller first before installing vista.
I don't know how to do this.
Please help.

Hey I have same problem with my system & I need to install the sata raid driver for installing Vista on my machine I searched how to download & found a link but can not find the proper link & even If I download How to install the driver please help this is the link.

Hi,

Your computer comes with a RAID controller. You need to to set the BIOS correctly & install the RAID drivers properly.

Follow the steps to do so:
1. Go to BIOS.
2. enable RAID option for your hard drive.
3. Boot with Vista DVD.
4. Select Language.
5. Click Install now & enter product key.
6. Choose correct vista version & click to accept the version.
7. Its good if windows automatically detects your raid controller if not then go to your motherboard manufacturers website & download the appropriate deiver to flash drive.
8. Start vista setup with "Load Driver" in bottom left.
9. Now let Raid controller be recognized & click advanced drive options & choose raid configuration what you need.
10. Continue further vista installation.

Raid and/or SATA drivers are not installed by default by the Windows Operating system; therefore if your Raid or SATA drivers are not installed manually at the beginning of the Windows installation sequence, the chances are that you will not have access to your Raid or SATA disk drive(s)
To remedy this the driver(s) need to be installed during the very early stages of installation of the Windows Operating system
